Dirty sausages

Been having a discussion with someone regarding dirty sausages.

They like sausages with high meat content and look down their nose at an eyelid and toenail sausage.

I find high meat content sausages far too rich and chewy and argue that sometimes only a dirty sausage will do!

What say you sausage lovers of fab?

Somewhere In The Ether…

It ain’t a proper sausage roll unless you find a stray hair or else a bogey in it.

Ah another food related thread, my expertise.

I have found high meat content sausages need more time to cook than the dirty ones. Ideally I do like the higher meat ones, but sometimes there is nothing like a proper mystery bag sausage, like the ones you get from a truckers cafe!

So I like a good sausage, sometimes I am not too fussed if its dirty or not

Apparently finding Weight Watchers wraps in supermarkets is like locating the Holy Grail for exactly the same reason so I am told, as the said wraps are often recommended to replace pastry which is high in ‘syns’.

Give me a locally produced farm shop sausage anyday. The fat content that’s drips of those babies and the eyeballs and intestine just add to the flavour.

Don’t eat supermarket meat if I can help it.

Can’t beat a nice currywurst, I can’t believe they’re not more popular over here. I used to live in Germany and I lived on them
