you can't do steak without chips

I usually do and have lots of veggies but it's chilly and I feel chippy.

I was properly sick on holiday and while I was throwing up my mate decided she’d make herself an omelette with fried onions. It was four days before I could eat anything and if I smell something even vaguely resembling fried onions it makes me want to heave.

No. I am going to add my abhorrence of onions to my description. They are vile. I can however supply sauce and bring and onion. Just keep it away from me.

What have you got? I was planning to have some mango and a bit of chocolate. I have 31 minutes left of my eating window so if it's going to take a lot of cooking we need to simplify.
