East Sussex

Brush teeth at least twice daily and use interdental brushes once a day. I do sometimes forget last thing at night though. My mouth feels horrible if I don't brush.

I'm surprised that many people don't brush at least daily

a quick gentleman’s wash (a swill under a tap) of the old clockweights and pop in a tic tac and the jobs a good ‘un!

But seriously! Hygiene is no.1 priority for a meet - not only for me but for those I meet! Clean teeth and fresh breath - mouthwash always to hand!

"3 to 4 times a day. After food I always brush. "

How soon after food? If too soon it's pointless as it causes more harm than good.

Brushing your teeth too frequently is as bad as not enough.

I think the best advice is not to brush immediately before engaging in sexual activity where any bodily fluids could come into contact with your mouth - even small cuts on the gum could pass on infection!

Brush 60 - 90 mins before then mouthwash nearer the time of you want to be minty fresh at the outset!

Twice per day and use interdental brushes to ensure nothing gets stuck between

Ask your dentist! I'm sure you probably go at least once per month if you're that paranoid about your dental health?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I'm twice a day, without fail and I have an extra brush a couple of hours before a meet or going out socially.

I don't mind people tasting of food but to un-brushed yuckiness.

Add to that not eating things that can cause small cuts/abrasions, like crisps.

Not paranoid about dental health lol. Just Dont like the taste of food lingering in my mouth. And I dont need to go to dentist because my teeth are good! Both of them

Yes. Apparently the acid in the food is freshest after you eat, so brushing directly after eating helps the acid ruin your teeth.

I brush once a day .I mouthwash once a day ..I clean my tongue every few days ..

I alteenage between electric and manual brush .electric can wear gums out and teeth .. guess really we should polish our teeth as opposed to brush.

I see a lot of truck drivers in my line of work who clearly go out on monday morning and don't bother cleaning their teeth all week, they have that yellowy fur between them I clean mine twice a day, clean my tongue every morning and use mouthwash, I hate feeling like my mouth isn't clean!

I keep a toothbrush and toothpaste in my handbag. I have a plastic cover so it stays clean. I couldn’t kiss anyone if I haven’t brushed my teeth.

Plymouth OYO Hotel

I carry a spare toothbrush and paste with me, but have been guilty of coming straight in ruined from work, straight to bed and not washing my face, brushing teeth or anything. Getting better now.
