I've had quite a few "you're not my type" replies which is fine,as I'm sure all of us guys have.

Just wondering if any ladies, couples or even guys ever think they're not my normal type but I'll give them a try or are you set on your ways.

Best we had, as in most unexpected and quite insulting was at a social, (and yes, photo's has been exchanged, phone conversations and Skype sessions indulged in)

Was; 'Fuck me no! Not what I expected in real life!'

So we guess that we weren't that person's type after all.

Cue silence and astonished looks in the branch of Costa Coffee that one happened in.

We can actually laugh about our unsuitable - ness now, but at the time.

I appreciate the not my type response.

At least someone takes the time and are considerate enough to say so.

However disappointing on here is the crap that many men send out. It makes it harder for decent guys to cut through.

But then good things take time and effort.

No, I've met people who I've considered to not be my type but they came across as nice, normal when chatting, only to meet them and realise I didn't fancy them! That can become very time consuming, not to mention frustrating.

Theoretically yes. I’ve got to know people who are not my type and attraction has developed. That works quite well if I get to know some from an organised social or party. We’re unlikely to give someone, who’s not my type a chance, if it’s just a private meet though. We simply don’t have time to meet people on the off chance there might be a spark.

I don’t think that’s true. If all the crap guys disappeared from Fab leaving only the decent guys, our situation would be no different. We would still meet the same quantity of guys that we meet now (because we don’t have time for any more), and we would still meet the same guys we meet now. The crap didn’t stop us from identifying the great guys we have met.

Yep, I have a specific type of guy/girl and, even if I get along famously with someone, if there is no attraction or chemistry, sex will never happen.

Having sex with someone you are hugely attracted to is the overall best thing you can have! But if it’s a choice between no sex, and sex with someone I'm not that into, I’ll choose the latter.

But iv also gotten ‘ur not my type ‘ in a reply and when id b at a social n get chatting theyd change there mind . So sopose depends on everyone . I always social mert first cause there has to be a attraction to fuck
