It always amuses me when people say they are ‘horny all the time’ - if you are in a constant state of sexual arousal can I suggest a visit to the doctor?

Only if they are constantly on fab and don't have a life outside of it, otherwise it's perfectly healthy to exercise our sexy side, we're only here once, and let's face it, there will come a time when sex becomes "something we used to do" so I say get out there and make some fantastic memories!!

Sex is one important part of a balanced life. If we obsess about anything it can become unbalanced and unhealthy.

There was great article in The Guardian last week about how sex is important for sustaining your relationship ... sustaining desire, balanced emotions etc., etc.

And as another person put it above, it's great to create memories to relive in our minds in case physical sex becomes more difficult later in life.
