I know a dance teacher who as a decorate and she calls herself doctor. And yeah she worked hard but is doctor suitable?? I mean if you were on a plane and they had her down as the only doctor on-board I'm not sure how interpretive dance would help someone having a stroke." Yes. They work hard and have every right to use the prefix that denotes the level of achievement they have attained. It's not their fault people make assumptions | |||

Some medical doctors and surgeons will be useless in a situation like that as well.... there is a very broad spectrum of specialities nowadays. If you have done the hard work you get the title | |||
