When we were young, my sister and I used to get stuck with looking after our spoilt bratty little brother. When he was chucking a mental over not being able to have something we couldn’t get him or some other ridiculous petty thing, we used to use a (extremely) thinly veiled code word ‘ignaro’ to each other when one of us was getting sucked in to the tantrum and responding in some way.

When I see a post I don’t like that appears to be just there to be provocative in a negative way, I think ‘ignaro’ and don’t give it the oxygen of a response.
