Fit neighbours (with pampas grass)?

somewhere north of the border..

Plenty off street parking for visitors...

Don't want the neighbours coming to ask someone to move their car at an inappropriate time..

I am going to bed to dream about my lovely new house. Keep going with any more suggestions. On waking I will check rightmove and get a house viewing arranged. Will invite you all on this thread to the house warming of course. Many thanks for suggestions

Disturbing 1970's decor and furniture; very important for that defined porno film look.

Doorbell, for the pizza delivery man.

Either a basement/cellar for a dungeon OR a hidden dungeon behind a bookcase

Spent the last couple of days and I might have found the ideal new house. Going back for a second viewing.

It's got a big drive, so plenty of parking.

Next door neighbour has pampass grass.

It's on a quiet lane and not overlooked.

Two good size bedrooms.

No cellar, but an attached double garage with good strong beams and it's insulated and accessed directly from the hall.

Sadly no room for a hot tub in the back garden, but the garden is private .

Going for a second viewing later. What else should I check ????
