Yep, its that time of the month we all dread.

When you look at your wage slip and see the tax man has taken a chunk of your hard earned cash

Well....I got a new job in July. Kept getting emergency taxed...kept phoning the tax man, told me I wasn’t!! Sorted it out a few weeks ago...8th of Feb I get seven months worth of emergency tax back

My time of the month is tomorrow.

This months wages will be one day less pay as I had to take time off due to family going into a care home.

I really hope so! It’s my 21st in Feb, plus our first year wedding anniversary. So hoping to go away for the weekend!

No thanks. I'll keep my tax, fight my own crime and take my rubbish to the tip.

Don't mind paying a small portion to our fireman and women though

Monthly pay is the devils work. I'm sure somewhere along the line they manage to rip you off. I like being paid weekly. Much safer that way.

The fire service is funded via council tax. Income tax goes directly to the royal family so they can buy water cannons to clear the homeless people from Harry and Meghans wedding parade route.
