Same here; running my own public-facing, sales-derived business for the last 18 years, has endowed me with the ability to approach and chat with strangers. Although this life skill hasn’t worked well for me as a single guy in the clubs I’ve visited

It seems that most people get more attention on here, which is in line with what I initially thought anyway, given the nature of the site and the ability to present your best self.

However, some of you may get a lot of attention in real life and not know it. I wonder how many people admire from a distance vs those courageous few whom are willing to approach.

On top of that, like the gentleman said above me, I can't read signals in real life to save my life. All of my exes had make it explicitly clear that they liked me.

This site has been an eye opener though. Definitely more attention on here (because I'm aware of it I guess).

we get quite a few fabs and people looking at our profile on here but very few messages.

Men of all ages look at me when I'm out. Whether that's because they think I shouldn't be allowed out or not I don't know

. Nobody ever approaches me nowadays though.

In fact most people's who message me on fab wouldn't look twice at me in rl. But most people don't find oversized mens uniforms on ladies attractive, or ladies who happily get dirty and muddy

I never used to get much attention on a night out. At least, I never noticed any.

But lately I haven't been wearing my wedding ring (long story) and I notice when I go out, especially when Marc isn't there, I do get a bit of attention. It feels really different to what I'm used to, really.

I think you would have presence in real life. You just seem that way to me. I bet that presence gets plenty of attention. Marc always tells me I send out a "fuck off" vibe and that I have to seem more welcoming if I want guys to say anything to me.

Was in Scotland recently, popped to the shopping centre, drop dead gorgeous guy started talking to me, I just stood staring at him thinking 'omg that accent,those looks' he looked at me, I squeeked turned the other way and walked off

You’re so right. I get absolutely gorgeous men with amazing bodies in their 20s saying how gorgeous I am, and I think to myself if you saw me out in Manchester you wouldn’t look twice at me and probably too embarrassed to even say anything to your mates, then be flocking round the stunning 20 year olds with a size 6 body.
