It depends if you have a legitimate reason to find them.

A bailiff service can if they have a legal reason.

Just keep an eye out on the 'looked at me' page... if stories I hear are right, there are plenty of ex's on here keeping an eye on peeps

"Never been served any sort of court papers, so forgive my question...but why do you want to find them before the court does?"

Because if the court gets to the money first, you've lost your chance.

As suggested, I would google any info you have about him... Mobile numbers, car registrations, anything.

Someone on here ages ago, hoaxed pals of ours who had lost their dog.... googled his username and he had an identical profile on another site with a MOBILE number on.... Googled his mobile number to find adverts on Gumtree for cars and home address....

Google is a powerfull tool

'Fraid not ruggers, you'll have to put up with hubby for a while yet.

But if the court is after someone for money regarding something else, say unpaid tax for example, the court gets its cut first.

So if you are chasing someone for money, you need to get it before the court gets it's paws on it.

(and, for clarity, many men on here would argue that yes, women do get paid for divorce. Handsomely. But let's not get into THAT one)

You should be fairly safe even if you have the same initials- unless you have a cock

Car registration number, mobile phone even if its PYAG are enough to trace someone but that’s not available to the general public so you will need to have a legal reason for trying to do so. That or call in the A team

Assuming normal married situation etc, you'll get half of everything once all debts/mortgages etc are paid off. So if you've been married for yonks and paid £2500 for your house in 1952(!), you'd be doing quite nicely.

Failing that, his life will be insured for a healthy sum, so if you need him to have a 'canoeing accident' PM me.

(But I'll need a cut of the money. And a fuck)

If he's old enough to be your Dad, he's old enough to know how much trouble he's in.

Maybe, just maybe, not being able to find him is a good thing. If you can't, neither can anyone else.

Cute.. Really, google IS your friend. As someone else said earlier.. Any details, no matter how small and you can find almost anyone you want! I did it with my name and then added date of birth and what I do... I was shocked at how much came up on the search.

Any phone numbers, old address details and the like. Would he have left a forwarding address with the post office. Silly things but any of them could hit!

Sadly, I think you may be wasting your time, because if he is being chased and he has moved without any contact with anyone, he already knows he is for the high jump! If he does, I think it is unlikely that he will change anytime soon.

I wish you very good luck with your quest and hope you get a satisfactory conclusion xxxx
