1000+ fabs ? Top pics !

In simple terms - just how ?

Considering some of the pics that show up in the top lists - unbelievable!

Do some folk pay the site for a few 1000 fabs ? Often the same girls showing up too !

Anyone else dubious of this process?

Also pics in categories - you can fab your own pics !!

The simplest answer is to not worry about it, there's loads of reasons some people can amass 1000's of fabs, all of them with complex sets of actions.

Some people have a lot of friends, some are on a lot of hotlists, some actively canvass for fabs.

There's nothing dodgy about it.

Once they're up there once people add them to hotlist them so every new pic already has a fairly big audience.

I do wonder this too, I’ve seen some top dabbed pics and I do wonder how some of them get so many. I used to get a fair few as a single woman and I know I don’t appeal to everyone but some of mine are tastefully done or in the same vain (vein?!) as some of the top ones and I’m lucky to get half a dozen lol.

Having lots of friends is no guarantee a pic will get fabbed a lot though - it's really no surprise that a pic can gather thousands of Fabs though when you consider there are approx 30-40000 users of the site and a large majority of them men - so 1000 fabs is around 3% of users.

Add to that that only page one of Hot Pics is visible to non-site supporters and it's easy to see how they gather so many - and that's before you even consider other factors such as Friends Lists, Hot Lists, Fabbing threads, local updates etc that all have a bearing.

There are some pics that you see which are on page 1 and it baffles me..but then there are some that I can understand why they are there...it comes down to having friends on here, begging for fabs and basically people fabbing them because they like there pics

I guess that’s where I’m coming from that there is such a huge discrepancy between the fabs most pics get and the amount a select few attract which are sometimes nothing special at all compared to others! References to the number of users would surely result in the majority of really sexy pics attracting several hundred at least within 24 hrs and give the impression of a more level playing field so to speak ! But this is not the case very clearly

There's another very interesting thread on similar lines here that although contentious in places does cover a lot of the reasons for how some pics seem to get fabbed more than others:

The main reason though is that once a user gets to page 1 of Hot Pics once they tend to get hot listed and therefore any subsequent pics they post get more widely seen than others - couple this with non-site supporters not being able to see beyond page 1 of Hot Pics and you start to get an idea of why those pics attract more Fabs

Everyone as different tastes, fetishes, opinions regarding pics/fabs...me personally I'd sooner fab a pretty face like the pic from the profile sweet smile that is on page 1 now rather than a big gaping hole with cum dripping out of it but that's just me

My pictures will sometimes make it to pg1 of hot pics. I have a select number of friends and certainly don't make friends with anyone who sends a request. I don't beg for fabs or offer anything in exchange for fabs. I do join the odd 'fab a pic' thread on the forums as do many others. (As a side note from a similar thread about this topic that's running at the moment I'm not an escort or a pornstar either).

I randomly put a pic up of me in a dress before a night out to a club. When I got home I realised due to the fact I'd been inundated with messages and winks. It was probably luck of when it was posted and some deemed it a good pucture for whatever reason. That picture didn't require thousands of fabs to make it to pg1, only about 400. However once it gets there it then gets many more fabs and the first page of hot pics can be seen by non site supporters.

Since that picture many more of my pics have been fabbed by lots and it can only be as I was hotlisted by some so that any new pictures show up in their updates.

So can we please stop this bashing of people on hot pics. I enjoy taking and posting pics as do loads of other people on this site but I don't enjoy the presumptions made about me. Thanks

I can understand the point the OP is making as there was a time when I was amazed by the amount of fabs the page one pics get and it seemed really disconnected from my reality on fab.

Only since becoming FWB's with a regular page one lady have I come to understand how it's possible, even to the point I was able to be on men's page 1 a few times myself.

It's one of those things that once you know how it seems obvious. I can understand the confusion about how it works, about how it's possible to get so many fabs and why some pics make it and others don't, but that's no reason to have digs or make derogatory comments about the people who have figured it out.

Believe it or not it's just a bit of fun, the ladies I know who get on page 1 don't take it seriously at all.
