A Californian man, a near daily consumer of sushi salmon, thought he was shitting his intestines out - he took the mass to hospital - it was a 5' 6" tapeworm, which are common in American salmon. Maybe query your partners diet before rimming ? They can grow to over 11 feet long and he'd only noticed some wriggling movement

I suppose if someone went in towards rimming and saw the friendly little creature, at the least its owner could be alerted to its presence and seek treatment. Most probably wouldn't mind if they left early to visit the chemists.

Urgh tapeworms are a phobia of mine, we had to study them at college and I've seen a 14ft one come out of a pig before. Aside from fish, Pork is known for parasites, make sure it's well cooked! The reason Muslims and Jews don't eat it isn't just a religious thing.

Pigs also were used to eat human waste, so was never a good idea to eat them, especially if you didn't have a fridge!

Most of Leviticus (where the kosher / halal rules come from) is health and safety. E.g. Don't eat pork, for the reasons already mentioned, most rules make sense if you live in a desert with no fridges.

Now it's about sticking to rules, to show you are one of the tribe.
