How come topics get closed ?

I think an admin closed a message - i wanted to contact that person, but, i cannot... because they have blocked all people of my "type". How can i can then contact the mods if they block me?

There exits the facility for people to block others who are not there “type”. It is there so people don’t have to deal with pointless messages. It saves time deleting such unwanted messages. It is a very useful tool for many.

Is that what you mean OP?

Think you are confusing mods and admin. Mods are volunteers who also use the site for meets etc.

Yiu can contact admin using the contact button.

I only use a mobile site and at the bottom of the home page there’s a link with ‘contact’.

Go there and choose the appropriate option, rather than mail the individual direct.

That is fine of course. Mods are members too and can use the site the same way and can also block people if they want to

If it is Admin you want to speak to they can be contacted from the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page.
