So I bought a £249 course off of a company in December on my credit card, in the past 48hrs the company has really fell off of a cliff and i am pretty sure the course wont go ahead as members of the company have been arrested and roumers of investigation by the FCA, is there anyway of getting ny money back if the company doesnt refund my money

Aren't you covered by the credit card company? I know some of them do...

You’re credit card should cover it. Give them a call. They’re usually really good with things like this
