Not alcohol. ..but a bed time drink .

Personally I love a coffee or even better a hot chocolate .

However I do notice my sleeps a bit disturbed so I Googled hot chocolate fir an example and it does sat NOT to drink it as a bed time drink .same with coffer to fir obvious reasons .

What's your choice of bedtime drink .?

Hot or cold but not alcohol. .

I have a slice of lemon with manuka honey. I've been drinking that since I vomited after the rankest cup of tea I ever had about 2 years ago.

Tea before bed usually, but I have been trying to drink more water recently so cut down on tea a little this month.

I rarely drink at home, but did notice how well I slept after two glasses of red, but that's a bit of a slippery slope so not going down that route.

I'm not supposed to drink anything at bedtime but I like a cup of decaf tea.

If I want a hot chocolate I have it at about 6.
