"Too young to be into it first time round. Big fan of a lot of stuff from the time. Sone mainstream and sone of the lesser known bands. Pistols at finsbury park 96 the highlight for me gig wise. Quite like some of the 80's anerican scene. Fugazi being a favourite. More into the New wave bands that came later." That Finsbury Park gig was made all the better by it being the day after the England vs Spain Euro 96 game (at which Stuart Pearce put his penalty miss demons to rest) and he and Gareth Southgate came on stage to announce the Pistols....unfortunately 3 days later Mr Southgate was the provider of penalty heartache. Was a cracking gig though | |||
