I'm really in need of one, just to climb aboard, and give it my all, so I'm left exhausted and breathless but exhilarated.

Anyone willing to join me?

I need help finding the willpower and motivation to get back out my bike and get some miles under my belt.

Just been for a run and am annoyed I didn't bring my bike with me. could have covered alot more ground and seen alot more riding rather than running.

Absolutely yes..I very much enjoy road cycling and do about 50-100 miles per week once the spring comes.

The quiet, the fresh air, the views of the coast, the way I feel afterwards.

I live near the A40 in the Conwy valley... It's part of a popular route for hard core cyclists I guess, they never look happy, possibly because they are knackered and or trying to avoid being wiped out by farmers and tourists.

I loved my bike when I was young. I wanted a pony but had to suffice with a bike for a long time.

Get a turbo trainer to get back into it. Doesn’t matter what the weather is then!

As I started reading I was convinced there was going to be a horse involved.

As the quote goes “the wind of heaven is that which blows between a horses ears”.
