Unsure and unprepared

Been on here after a friend suggested it. At being 49 yrs old shy nieve and some what blinkered. Some of the topics and interests on here are certainly different and mind boggling. All I can say is thank you Google for you're explanations. After splitting from my partner and her being routine with sex and a lack of cuddling I'm seeing another side of life that's opening. I can't say I miss it all without experiencing it but what I do miss is the cuddling and holding feeling safe. Feel daft admitting this at my age almost like learning all over anyone else in this predicament
