Even though i take a load of pictures and put them up i honestly dont believe in myself and strongly believe i am that ugly where no woman would want me, does anybody else get thst feeling also or isit just me?

All the time, I guess it is 'normal' to have mental doubts as long as they don't overrun your rational thinking process.

If you’re genuine self worth is low, make a plan. What could you do to better yourself? Whether that be start a new trade, find a hobby.

Dont base your self esteem on your ability to find a lady to play with. Sometimes fixating your life on your next sexual intercourse makes everything else suffer. Use the opportunities you have in life to find potential new partners.

I do wonder if this is the type of site for a guy who has a little bit of low self esteem. People can be harsh on here. I would say, personally speaking OP, that I think your pictures are lovely. You have a handsome face, with a great body. This is not me trying to stroke your ego, or trying to make you feel better. I truly believe that. Given time I hope that you begin to believe that too.

I used to be a lot bigger. I struggled when people found me attractive. I have also been diagnosed with body dysmorphia and had therapy for that, which helped a lot, though i still struggle sometimes. I'm not as self critical as I used to be. I try accept my flaws and focus on my positive attributes. Good luck handsome .
