Here and there but more here than there

Not really, according to the Bristol Stool Chart I had a perfect type 1 this morning so nothing can go wrong today

If I hadn’t woken up to find I’m still fighting my way through day 2 of this hangover I think I’d be ok

Firstly I have a home, heating and food.

Today is the start of a busy and slightly stressful week workwise, as I prepare for my nemesis next week. I embrace the challenge - easy to say as I lay here still in my nice warm bed, listening to the wind and the cockerels crowing to be let out! Roll on the lighter mornings.

I have just been reading on LinkedIn about the construction firm Carillion. I suspect many, if not every one of their employees is waking today bracing themselves for a difficult week.

Happy Birthday!

I didn’t sleep well and it’s raining, that never fills me with joy for my 40 minute walk first thing in the morning. Especially on a Monday

Yes, it's dark and dismal outside but I've seen aconites in flower already and soon there will be snowdrops followed by daffodils and catkins. Colour and light will be here soon.

I'm off today after a busy weekend in work.

Yes the weather is a tad dodgy but that won't stop pooch nd I getting out and about .

Look on the positive side of everything . Take time to just sit and breath and don't think about or worry about things you have no control over , focus on the things you can change for the better
