I usually upgrade regularly by text but as I am abroad I cannot text to the number. so I want to pay by debit card and yes it says a fiver but I cannot find a link to pay that . there are links to pay £12,50 and all the other higher price bands but not the lowest . this seems a bit deceiving by fab , can anyone help with this problem as fab don't seem to want to know ! thanks all

I think that’s right, I tried by debit card and it wasn’t that price.

It is very clear to be fair, to pay by text is is a fiver, to pay by card it is a larger amount but with more days

thanks I just don't want to pay by debit card . so just a fiver is fine , but even though it says you can apparently you cant. just seems dishonest to me , plus annoying you cannot upgrade by text if you are on holiday

If you actually read it, it is very clear and not dishonest at all as it isn't like you have to pay £12.50 for 50 days. You get what you pay for.

It costs too much for Admin to collect if people use a card to pay a fiver so why they do it this way.
