Whilst out running today a song from 20 odd years ago came in the headphones (D Ream Things can only get better for the curious!)

It brought back vivid memories of what I was doing and I wondered how I'd changed as a person over the years.

Are you a better person than say ten or twenty years ago? Difficult to quantify I know but you yourself will be the judge.

I'm a more rounded person. Not just in my figure but in my mind I can see things from others views now, I don't fly off the handle as I may have done and I forgive more easily.

I would hope that every year I am a better person than the year before - we learn by our experience continually, and if we seek personal growth, with any luck we'll be able to find some!
