The Five Tibetan Rites - 3 week fab challenge

Jump to newest

By *hinypants77 OP   Man

Leeds

It’s now 2018. Nobody is getting any younger.

Is there a secret to enternal youth and health for body and mind?

The Tibetan monks seemed to think so. Maybe they know something we don’t.

Practised for over 2500 years the Five Rites are a series of 5 yoga based exercises performed in sequence daily.

This will be a 3 week fab challenge. Starting Sunday 14th for 3 weeks only.

Open to everyone. Completely free. Requires no prior training or equipment. Can be done anywhere you can swing a cat.

Declare your intentions to give it a go. Post if you’re in and make yourself accountable.

Details of exactly what’s required to follow.

What do you have to lose?

Who’s on board? X

I’m the same, I’m quite famous for randomly falling over, last time was because I looked up too fast!

Kneeling is out unless it’s on a very soft surface with my knee at a specific angle and the nerve damage in my arm from a prolapsed disc in my neck gets very tricky. I’d have to modify all those moves so much they wouldn’t actually be anything like them.

Yeah sixth Rite is about drawing the Kundalini energy upwards for spiritual purposes rather than carnal desires. Only do it if you’re way too horny to function.

Should probably start doing it...
