Well seen this isnt a sex site why is it so hard to make or meet like minded friends?

Im the kinda guy who looks at all kimds of profiles and always give compliments of a non pervy nature.. when i see somethink nice! Is it do hard to reply we aint all wanting to shag everything that moves off here sometimes its just nice to.chat and have a laugh

It's almost impossible to tell from a first message whether someone wants a chat and a laugh or to meet for sex. Do you make it clear that's what you're after?

I'm happy to chat with someone so long as it might lead to sex. If I'm not attracted to them there's little point as it's rather time consuming 'chatting' to everyone who messages you. I'd rather concentrate on the ones that do 'it' for me

Well i agree with all we are all.here looking for sex but sometimes in life there may not be a.sexual connection but a connection in other ways?

Its not rude not to reply ,take it as a no thanks.

Yes its nice to give compliments,but most of the time they are given as a way of getting a meet /buttering someone up.

Maybe try a club or social to get known and meet new people.

Definitely this - I think clubs are a different dynamic to online & the social element is more obvious. The NWhas a lot of clubs, get out there & try them.

I’ve been trying to reply but you get so many coming back with ‘but why’ and then trying to talk you round. Even if you just chat they can get abusive if you then say you’re not interested. Multiply that by a couple of hundred you don’t get chance to speak to people you do want to meet or spend any time in the forums. I’m not here to receive abuse from people who haven’t even read my profile to see if we are compatible so I’m not going to even risk it anymore

I've no time to chat to anyone I don't want to meet and I get around 5 messages a day that want me to chat and they ask that from the first message of 'wanna chat'.

Occasionally I say yes, just because, and it's obvious they are incapable/have no intention of chatting/want to shag and the chat is simply questions like how are you fining this site, how's your weekend, anything nice planned. Yawn.

What sort of compliments do you give OP?

I’m guessing most first messages to women are non pushy & pleasant, but like what’s already been said sometimes it’s just too time consuming to reply to all. Stick at it patients will pay off.
