It was staring at me. I’d rubbed it, trying to ignore it but I simply couldn’t imagine putting it in my mouth so I cut it off before bunging it in the oven.

I loves me a bit of belly pork.

I like it very simple, rub in seasoned salt, cook, bung on a plate and eat with fingers.
