Who's still munching on Christmas fayre?

If you've still got sprouts left why not try how I cooked them tonight. Roast in garlic/chilli oil in an enamel tray then add double cream and creamed coconut to make a rich Thai inspired sauce...they were moorish as hell.

Add caramel and chocolate ,make it into millionaires shortbread. I bet it would be nice crumbled as a cheesecake base too.

Off the top of my head: coarsely blitz them in a food processor, fold into whisked double cream and top with a fruit compote.

I have all my Christmas chocolate except a fun size bag of Minstrels and a bar of salted caramel chocolate. I have a lot of work to do.

I buy brussel sprouts every week, and I bought some cooked turkey off the bone this week too.

I'm hoping that someone has a Christmas pudding they didn't eat.

We made a curry for the Boxing day get together. I hadn't thought about making a soup.
