Hotel meets who foots the bill?

I think should be 50/50 if you plan a meet together. Was asked if I’d book one and it was assumed I’d pay it all. Flaming cheek if you ask me.

If I’m away with business and it’s paid for by company I don’t expect anyone to contribute.

unless you are skint and they insist they wanna meet you at a particular time and offer to pay for it all then after triple checking they are certain then accept

I was brought up to always pay when out with a lady. Some don’t like it so best to discuss first and if it makes them feel uncomfortable then naturally we can split but I’d never expect not to pay

50/50 is what I feel comfortable with. Even if an offer to pay comes from a place of generosity, I wouldn't be able to relax if there was any lingering doubt in my own mind about feeling obligated in any way.

I may be a bit old fashioned but I would always pay for a hotel never ask and never expect the other person to contribute.

It's part of the fact that I value the other and nothing to do with entitlement or expectation.

I know that may make some feel uncomfortable but if that's the case then I am happy to share the cost as the feelings of whoever I mert are just as valid as mine.

It's not something I do often but if I do then surely we are adult enough to deal with such a matter in a way thst avoids ill feeling or potential discomfort to each person.

After all if we are going to meet to share time together then surely we can sort out details that leave each party feeling at ease about the whole experience

On my had one hotel meet so far and I paid for it since I was going to stay overnight due to the distance travelled anyway no matter whether we played or not. She did offer to go halves by the way too.

If it’s our hotel room to stay in for the night and they go home then of course that’s up to us to pay. If booked purely for the purpose of play, we would not be comfortable with the handing over of cash, so we’d probably say something like ‘we’ll get the room, you pay for dinner/drinks’. We normally invite our friends to our house though, hence avoid the problem. However, when I had my first Hotwife sleepover, I decided I would be more comfortable to organise a hotel room myself as I wasn’t ready to go to my lover’s house. As I had declined his invitation to his house I felt the onus was on me to pay for the alternative.
