Hey all

Just asking for a recommendation for good free photo editing software, I have uploaded onto here a good few photos that could do with editing first, nothing fancy I'm not looking to airbrush or anything like that, I wouldn't know how to. I just want basics like lighting and softening. Plus pixelating and adding watermarks.

Any help is appreciated.

Gimp gets very good reviews for free software, though I've never used it.

I use gimp when I'm out and about with the cameras, for quick edits.

I use Aviary in the main on my iPad and iPhone. It’s also available on Google Play.

Irfanview (free download) is very good for basic stuff and not too complex to use...

Have a look at Pixlr Express. It might do what you need.
