Talking about vanilla for a second, what’s your view on acceptable age gaps?18 year old and a a 32 year old I’ve seen on here. And bigger.

19 years age gap between myself and the maid, it appears to me that there are different rules for age gap depending on what sex the older of the couple is, an older woman in a relationship with a younger man is respected, but visa versa and he's a dirty old man.

I had a vanilla fling last year with a 20y/o and it was great to be fair. Until she caught the feelings. So 14 years my junior at the time.

Also had a long standing fab relationship with a woman 30 years my senior when I first joined this life.

Both worked well.

I have a couple of friends in relationships with much older men. One was married to a guy about 30 years older than her who left her for a younger woman, she's now with a guy about 20 years older.

I don't care how old other people's partners are within the bounds of legality but I prefer closer to my own age.

My dad was 14 years older than my mum. When she died in 2002 they'd been married 48 years.

My personal view is no one young enough to be my son or old enough to be my dad.

What others choose to do is none of my business.

This. Some people seem to put on the same judgemental hat as when praising married women on here, but criticizing the married men...

If two people are in a happy, loving relationship what business is it of anyone else? The answer is none whatsoever. I (F) am 20 years younger than the love of my life. Neither of us see any issues with that. If anyone else dose, well bully for them because we're very happy, in love and don't give a toss for what anyone else thinks.

Age is just a number, especially when you fall in love in a vanilla relationship.

My grandfather remarried many years after his first wife died. He was 40 years older than his second wife. I have 2 uncles who are both younger than I am.

My husband’s step dad is only 11 years older than him, and 14 years younger than my mother in law.

My oldest play partners are 15 years older than me, both man and woman and I don't mind it at all, but fact that my step mom is only 5 years older than me, in the same age as my boyfriend, and that my step sister was born when I was 18 is a bit weird.

I just think good on them for finding happiness (providing they are both happy etc!).

My current partner is 17 years older than I am and it doesn't really bother me - we've had the odd joking comments from family and friends but I'm a lot happier with him than someone closer to my own age.

Any age older than me is ok. When i was 50 i went with a women who was 70. She didnt look that age and was one of my best meets but i wont go with anybody younder than my oldest child. Now 30. Could have seen them in my childs play ground. Not right

Interesting question OP. I have never met anyone off Fab less than 25 years younger than me. The youngest was 24 when I was 61 and none of them had a thing about older women, they have all been great fun, and great at good conversation.

I think 50 is a funny age because that is the borderline to being "mature".

Maybe I am just a bit sensitive to this because I met my ex in my early to mid 40's and after seven years he ended the relationship.

Now single and over 50, every guy I met are younger than me. I currently have a FB who is 12 years my junior and I've had to find a way to be with him as I've only dated older guys before.

Where the fuck are the men over 50? They are sure not on Fab....!!!

My best and most enduring relationship is with a man 13 years younger than me. We met just before I turned 40 and he was 27, I found that difficult at the time, probably because I wasn't happy about being 40. As a sexual relationship it didn't last long but as a friendship it has lasted 12 years so far, probably because he's more mature than me I prefer younger men these days because in general they have a more light hearted outlook on life and are more fun to be with.

for playing i dont think it makes a huge difference - a couple of years ago played with a 26 yr old lady as part of a mff - was very memmorable - i do get a bit sad when i see 18 year olds on here - i think they could be out and about with their mates but then they could also be doing much worse things

The age gap shouldn't matter as long as the participants are of (obviously) legal age and willingly consenting, who they meet & how large the age gap is, is their own business & nobody else's.

For example when I was 19ish I slept with a friends aunt who was in her mid to late 50's (she looked approximately 10 years younger than she was, both of us enjoyed ourselves & she certainly taught me a thing or two.

Thanks guys. Lots talking about having casual sex with older people, listen, from a sexual perspective I get why a 40 odd year would go for an 18 year old body in that way! Tightnteen body !

However it’s different if choosing a life partner with this age gap right? Unless she’s emotionally mature ?
