Sore during sex

Two years ago I started the dreaded menopause after having cervical cancer. I've coped ok with the hot flushes but the annoying thing is I'm very dry below even when turned on and this is making sex with hubby painful. I use lube and still not feel comfortable. He is well endowed but this was never a problem before. I've been to the doctor who offered pesseries which came out all lumpy! So not a good look. Any advise would be great.

"B"

go back to the gp, there are a variety of creams, gels etc, you may just need to try a couple of different ones before one suits you

Lots and lots of kiwi fruit.

Eating them ...

It's meant to increase secretions for women.

There's a product called Replens as well.

Plus normal hydration, water not tea coffee.

I can only think of replacing pessary with a gel lube but now have an image of a turkey baster in my head

I think I'm heading that way so watching for replies with interest
