a Primark shoebox in Leicester

After a mini-douche (rather than a full on colon cleanse) does anyone else find a day or two later they have a short bout of mega-guffs?

Ahhh so it's not just me then.

I started to notice the correlation between the two events…. though it wasn’t immediately obvious due to the time delay and some guffing bouts being less intense and thus less noticeable than others.

I put it down to our intestines being a balanced eco system of gas emitting bacteria and douching knocks it of kilt for a short while… plus it takes a while for anything to come along and push gases out.... hence the build up.
