I’ve got estimates to write and so far. I’ve done 5 lines. But I’ve washed up, cooked and ate, Power napped and now I’m looking at fab forums. Everything and anything except what I’m supposed to do. Is it only me?

I do stuff or take a decision to have a full break until I am committed - there's no discomfort, guilt etc that way. I've done enough procrastination in the past to last a lifetime.

I think you're not yet ready/suitably under pressure if you're procrastinating. That's my excuse.

Although, today I managed to get stuff done.

Procrastination Week is in March.
