Evie! For maximum effect, I think you need to get your core warm. So, something warm inserted while being wrapped in something warm.

I don't have the right equipment to help.

Iceland, but Aldi is closer..

I have spent quite some time in artic conditions, I know quite a few tricks to warm someone..

A sauna is always a good start, naked of course..

Let's help each other I just done first bootcamp of 2018. Well in a while actually so frozen also.
