If i was to have multiple personality disorder and gender dysphoria at the same time .. would i qualify as a M/F Couple and therefore appeal to the "not looking for single guys" people ?

No, you would each need a single profile. Chat to your other personality, arrange a meet then report whichever one doesn't turn up as a time waster.
