Late teens young adults are lazy???

I've started to notice how unhealthy young men in particular are starting to appear?

And obviously it is none of my buisness as some people are overweight for medical reasons act blah blah I know this.

However am I seeing things or is the generation under my self looking pretty lazy and unhealthy!

I run daily and see other runers about but they all seem to be late 20s early 30s.

When I was 17 I was running eating healthy cycling and put in the city daily but now half the time its a ghost town!!

Just a thought.

Yeah probably true but for me its a genuine concern for peoples health.

Not saying chubby is not healthy but I see plenty of 16 to 21 years old who would class as obeese and I wonder what their future holds! I'm only 26 and it surprises me at times.

Dont know where you're seeing these at. All the teens i see are like sticks and look like they need a good feed.
