But I'll probably just hang about for the forums this time.

So why do I keep coming and going? I don't think its the lack of success as such, I feel like the whole process is just too much energy spent that could be put to better use.

Sure at first its disheartening getting minimal replies, but hey, its a crazy ratio so you think its not me, its just the odds... Then I'm like, wtf am I competing with 100s of men over 1 woman, fuck that shit, I'll go google up some porn, knock one out and maybe giggle at some if the stuff on the forums.

We were talking about this the other day- hubby and myself- about how scary and daunting it must be for a woman for a meet. Especially if it's when the other person/people are accommodating.

I can see why guys get frustrated, you know whether your intentions are pure or not but there's no way you can really put that across if you can't get as far as a reply, so you doubt yourself, you think, if only I was better looking, if only this, if only that... I can see why some men lash out with vile messages, I don't agree with it but I do understand it. Which brings further distrust into the equation.

Was totally a joke BTW, I say the first thing that pops into my head, it sounded funny to me at the time, apparently not so to the owner of the "comments like that is why I'm not meeting you" message.
