I need a big...

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Ladder and someone to climb it.

Or a daredevil to a long reach to lean out the bedroom window.

Eleanor blew down an old aerial and it's stuck in the guttering.

I don't know if she did worse as it was dark when I left for work and dark when I got home.

Who's going to help?

What do you have to do to get a big one around here these days?

Plymouth and Newcastle (sometimes)

If you lived near us I'd volunteer as my ladders will be on the roofrack tomorrow.

Have you tried angling for it. You just need a man with a big rod.

I wouldn't really make someone lean out the window and ladders are always properly footed. I just need a big one to remove it from the guttering.

They'd have to be really long to reach from Plymouth. I'll be there next month but I hope the aerial will be dealt with before then.

It's been a while since I've had one of those.

I think a really long litter picky thing could do it.

£100 for the big ladder man. Now he's getting another £400 for the hole.

That Eleanor!

"What hole?"

A whole big hole at the edge of the guttering. I can't see it from the ground but when he was up there he found it, took a picture, and told me how much it will cost to plug my hole.

Put it up as a status and I'm sure you'll have plenty of offers.

Pro tip: downgrade to "medium sized ones" to quadruple the amount of offers

A medium sized one would not have reached the spot.

I don't know it's actual dimensions but it looked big in the photo. I don't know what caused the hole but holes on, or very near, the roof don't like being ignored.

£100 is for the big ladder man again. The rest is for the hole.
