January activity washout

North West / Birmingham

My birthday is during the month of January.

However I have to compete against dryathons, diets and people being skint after Christmas so no one ever wants to come out and celebrate with me.

With less than 3 weeks to go, any ideas to convince some of my friends to come out anyway?

Yeah I'm the same, it's rubbish! Plus my presents are bought in the sale but I don't get twice as much

Do something that's an experience with them.

I'm currently recommending locked room challenges as they are fun and you can get discount vouchers on Groupon and other such sites.

I suffer this problem every year and will do again in 6 days. Not to mention my day is full of errands. If you do find any solutions be sure to let us January lot know

I'd love to do that but I'm badly claustrophobic. I have to make do with the online ones.
