Dad bod

Over indulged the last two weeks with very little excercise.

I have posted new pics to prove it.

Although I intend to trim back down I do feel quite at ease with a dad bod so my lazy voice is saying leave it.

Anyone else with the same dilema after Christmas?

That looks nothing like my Father's body. It looks fine to me but you need to do what makes you happy with yourself.

Hate mine, since my injury I’ve piled weight on.

Although I still can’t exercise 100% I’ve managed to shift about 1.5 stone last year.
