I grew up with darts my dad was close friends with John Lowe and I was taught how to throw a dart when I was about 6!

I love the atmosphere at a darts match and it’s fun to play too

Depends what you class as entertainment, the standard of darts on the PDC circuit is on a different level

Yeah the PDC is just like the warm up entertainment at a concert.... they are not as good as the main stars

Really, I follow both codes but I much prefer the PDC due to the standard of players. I’ve been at Ally Pally 8 days for the worlds and I’ll be at Lakeside next week but I prefer the PDC.

Each to their own, i know that most of the crowd at Pdc events aren’t fans but they buy tickets, and that’s why the players are earning great money.

Which is why the best players in the world have all moved over to the PCD,

As much as I will always love the BDO, especially as it’s the grass roots of darts and sees players coming up through pub teams to super league and then county level, the standard of play is nowhere near that of the PDC. The scores are not as consistently high, the finishing isn’t as high and there are more doubles missed.
