TOP TIP : if you suffer with lower back ache and /or trapped nerves /pains that "track down your hamstrings (back of the thighs) or down to the back of your knee or further down to your ankle~

9/10 its the syatic nerve ,that gets trapped ,because the bottom muscles are blocked and need releasing(usually due to sitting at a desk, driving for endless hours, sat at ya pc/laptop on FAB lol etc etc ....

Go and find a local sports massage therapist and explain the symptmns and i'm betting within 3 or 4 sessions the pain will be gone !!!

I suffered with exactly the same for years & spent a small fortune on Chiropractic treatments over 15months ~ only to find out it was "muscular"

It's so worth a try and considering an Hrs treatment should be about £30 ish, compared to a 15min Chiro treatment being £28ish!!!!! ~id reccommend it 100% ~see ya local Yellow pages or Google local Sports massage Therapist xx
