Healthy eating. Not a diet.

Now I think I have my blood sorted, I can concentrate on my dietary needs.

Healthy eating, that's the way to think about it, not dieting. Stops you negatively thinking about what you're doing. Trust me, I lost 4 1/2 stone this year and that sort of thinking did help.

Good eating.

My SlimmingWorld probation officer is trying his best bless him but I really fell off the wagon this festive season.

Sorry Man Janet but you’re going to cry when you see my weigh in. You won’t be top of the pops this week

Next week though. I’ll redeem myself.

Yup am back at the gym after 3 months off post surgery. Just need a rehab programme from the trainer as i don't want to do any damage (i do weights, hate cardio).

Good luck x

Not planning a diet as such but more like a lifestyle change in regard to my nutrition as I eat too much shite. Too much chocolate and sugars so that's what I aim to cut down on

Fasting ...5:2 or 4:3. Best way to lose the pounds in my opinion.

Can honestly say I've never visited a gym or specially exercised either. My doctor told me it wasn't necessary to lose weight and if you're not careful it can be counter productive! His reasoning was people leave gyms that go for a beer and a takeaway because they think they've lost the equivalent in calories.

I did a hard 45 minute erg after my row this morning and feel justified in stuffing my face with slices of dead cow and doorsteps of bread this evening.

Not me - I don't want to participate in yo-yo dieting. I prefer longer term health and diet management and would start something different when it was right for me - I'm a bit resistant to changing by external prompts.
