I knew I'd put on a few pounds since the break up of my marriage, but I just stepped on the Wii Fit for the first time in over two years. I've put on 1stone 9lbs. FUUUUUCK

Right, time to get back on top of things. More running, longer walls with the dog.

That was a heck of wake up call!

That's just it, I wasn't happy with the spare tyre that was coming up, I was in a bit of denial.

Besides, my stamina isn't what it was, need to get that back

As they've just said on the telly it's no coincidence that the first three letter's of diet is die,not sure what the point is I'll need to watch the programme for that

but yeah take your eye off the ball and things get bigger!

I went to Prague and walked 26 miles in two days, logged everything I ate and drank into my fitbit and stayed 1000 calories under one day, 700 the next - and still put on 4lb! Wtf!!!
