i go mad cleaning most of the time - bust have you tried taking folic acid - worked great for me and a workmate - stopped the night sweats completely

took black cohosh before and that wasnt as effective bt works for some

I think im getting the occasional hot flush since i started my treatment and to be honest the last thing i want to do when my body feels hot enough to fry an egg on is to do something physical like hoovering the cat or polishing my dining table... nope, not me.. Im straight to the kitchen, large glass of cold water and standing in front of the open fridge with my flys open enjoying the cooling breeze wafting around my tackle..

middle of the night hot flush, i ain't there with a can of Mr sheen! No.. I'm up the loft dusting off the cobwebs on the fan in the middle of winter thinking i might move my bed up here because minus 10 actually feels quite good in my boxers...

plus, housework is a womans job...

right, now time to hide.. I'll be in the loft if anyone wants me..

I kind of half wake up and then fully wake to find myself in the bathroom running cold water over myself. It's 0 Celsius, the window is open, no heating on and I'm burning up!
