Which rock/pop stars would you like to see in your fantasy band. They can be living or dead, but must play the same instrument they're famous for. Here's ours...

GG Allin - lead vocals

Sid Vicious - bass

Keith Moon - drums

George Formby - lead Ukelele and backing vocals.

For anyone who's unfamiliar with GG Allin do a quick YouTube search. You'll be either very entertained or very distressed.

Your go guys.

I’m glad you didn’t say musicians, both GG and Sid were tragic cases needing professional help not adulation from voyeuristic ghouls

I'm going for an all girl kick arse lineup of Karen Carpenter on drums, Kim Gordon on bass, Sister Rosetta Tharpe and PJ Harvey on guitar and me on keyboards and various other bits of musical fairy dust. With whoever fancies singing singing.

Vocals - Hannah Reid (London Grammar)

Drums - Dee Plakas (L7)

Bass - Patricia Morrison

Guitar - Lita Ford

Yup. Sid never played on the Pistols records. The geetarist played bass. Sid was absolute shit as a bass player, recruited only for his looks and attitude.

Sister Rosetta is a good choice, the first genuine rock and roll guitarist. Her wedding was attended by over 80,000 people and she once played a gig in the UK at a station on a railway platform
