There is no formula no tick boxes solutions no magic answers.

Just like real life... because this is... it's about being authentic being yourself not trying to fit on boxes you think you should and finding, if your lucky, those who you relate to in a way that's about more than just a f*ck.

Forget the formula be who you are if that's not good enough for others then why would you want to fit around them anyway
