An honest, polite "I've read your profile and..." followed by a nice message that explains who you are, what you're into, why you've chosen to message us etc.

I never expect sexual chat as a first message, personally. I like to get to know someone a little. Usually polite and witty grabs my attention.... Though I do look at the profile. If the prole doesn't appeal, then it doesn't really matter what they say in the message, in all honesty.
