I don't know if any other men's may have it but I find that if I over wank I get a migraine. Also I get slight back ache. I also tend to find that I have slightly less stamina and endurance. There have been few saying that a professional sports person would avoid having sex or wank to improve performance ie stamina and endurance.

Wondered if any other people had same problems when over wank?

I believe it is a thing. I’ve seen an article (don’t have a link but was signed by a medical professional but you can never tell on the web) on the damage that can be done due to excessive masturbation to the penis tissue. But excessive was... a lot lol.

Sports do recommend mid level of arousal for competition. Not high as it can cause distraction and not bottom as for men that often results in lethargy effects

When I was in my teens I had discovered the internet and being a teen I went at it! Eventually I over did it and got rather swollen I then had get an appointment and try to explain to the doctor

Well I've known by experience lol...wanking is bad especially when you play sports as you are more fatigued while playing. I've been told by a few coaches aswell to not too do it as it weakens the body. Some people believe its just a myth and nothing wrong with it, but if you don't you'll have more energy but the fella will be standing up like a totem pole lol
