I used to wear two rings a watch and a necklace

But about twenty years ago my skin started to react to any metal worn close even gold

So now I can't wear anything other than a plastic work watch and it's bloody annoying xx

I think everyone has a special piece that means something to them...mine is a three coloured gold bangle my husband brought for me a few years ago now,and have never taken it off...its just part of me i guess, and i would feel so lost without it,although i have other jewellery this piece is very special to me...

I have my day to day pieces that I seldom change, and reserve the grander pieces for special occasions.

My favourite piece of jewellery and my most expensive piece is a diamond cluster ring. It sometimes catches on things so I dont wear it all the time, sometimes I get the urge and then I wear it.

Otherwise I wear a wedding band, a diamond eternity ring and an emerald and diamond engagement ring. I have a solitaire diamond necklace which I always wear and never take off and a gold bangle which I never take off.

Im not one for loads of gold jewellery. I would rather have one expensive ring than 10 cheaper rings. So I dont have that many items of good jewellery.

I do have loads of costume jewellery though and I like to wear that if Im going out.

Don't really have a fave, never liked the look of gold, I buy cheap costume stuff cos it's fun and I get bored of it quickly.

Yes, I'm a cheapskate

The only piece of jewellery that I never take off and wear all the time is my engagement ring.

I have a silver heart necklace that I got brought for my 30th that I wear most of the time. Only take it off if I want to wear some of my costume jewellery.

My earrings and bracelets I change all the time..depending on if I am at work and what I am wearing.
